1. Introduction

Welcome to Local SEO Superiority (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website and engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms govern all SEO, digital marketing, consulting, and related services provided by Local SEO Superiority.

2. Services Provided

Local SEO Superiority provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Local search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • On-page website optimization
  • Citation building
  • Review strategy implementation
  • Content strategy and development
  • Backlink acquisition strategy
  • SEO consulting and reporting

Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice.

3. No Guaranteed Rankings

While we use proven strategies and best practices, search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change.

Local SEO Superiority does not guarantee:

  • Specific search rankings
  • Specific placement in Google Maps
  • Specific traffic volumes
  • Specific revenue increases

We commit to professional, ethical SEO practices in accordance with industry standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts (website, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile, etc.)
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Maintain ethical business practices
  • Not engage in black-hat SEO during the engagement

Failure to provide necessary access or cooperation may impact results and timelines.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in immediate termination of services.

6. Term & Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Work completed remains the property of the Client.
  • Outstanding balances remain due.
  • No refunds are issued for partially completed billing cycles.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The Client retains ownership of their website and branding.
  • Local SEO Superiority retains ownership of proprietary strategies, systems, templates, and processes.
  • Reports, audits, and strategies may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Local SEO Superiority shall not be liable for:

  • Changes in search engine algorithms
  • Platform suspensions (e.g., Google Business Profile suspensions)
  • Business losses or revenue fluctuations
  • Third-party software outages
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services within the previous 30 days.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

We will not disclose client information except as required by law.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Local SEO Superiority from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Client-provided content
  • Misrepresentation of business information
  • Legal violations by the Client’s business

11. Modifications

Local SEO Superiority reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
